In winter, the temperature is low, and the fluency of UV ink is far less than in summer. UV printer nozzles and UV ink need to be heated. The working environment of UV printer is between 20℃ and 30℃, and the humidity is between 30%-60%. Generally, there are 6 reasons for the failure of the nozzle not to heat up.

1.Whether the contact is bad

Check whether the contact between the heating plate and the print head of the UV printer is loose or broken. If it is loose, reconnect it.

2. The print head card is faulty

If the print head card is faulty, contact the manufacturer and send a new print head card to replace it.

3. The heating plate is aging

UV printer nozzle heating plate generally appears aging after 6 months of work, just replace it with a new one.

4. The power supply box voltage is too low

Open the cover of the power box of the UV printer and check whether the voltage value is too low. If it is too low, check whether the voltage stabilizer is normal.

5. Poor heat conduction of the heating plate

Whether the screws between the heating plate and the UV printer nozzle are loose, or there are foreign objects in the heat conduction area, clean them in time and tighten them together.

6. The UV printer is not reset

Just reset the UV printer.

Tip: Before the UV printer starts printing, be sure to heat the key parts such as the UV ink and the nozzle before printing.
