The diameter of the pigment particles in the UV ink is less than 1 micron and does not contain volatile organic solvents. Ultra-low viscosity, no pungent odor, can ensure that the ink does not block the nozzle during the jet printing process. After six months of high-temperature storage test, there is no abnormal phenomenon such as pigment aggregation, sinking, and delamination. UV ink is sprayed and dries immediately, which can be matched with various types of nozzle UV flatbed printers used in the market.
Soft ink can be printed on soft materials, and there will be no faults when the material is distorted. The ink layer is too soft, and it is easy to leave scratch marks on hard materials.
Applicable materials: light cloth, soft film, wall cloth, wallpaper, car stickers, PVC film, PET light film, canvas, 3P cloth, and other soft materials.
When printing harder materials, use hard ink. Hard ink has stronger adhesion and weakest stretch and bending performance, and the printed pattern will crack when the material is distorted.
Applicable materials: ceramic tiles, metal, wood, hard plastic, signs, acrylic, glass, integrated boards, small crafts, and other high-hard materials.
Disadvantages: lack of hardness, not suitable for materials with high hardness requirements such as glass.
Applicable materials: Acrylic, PS board, PVC foam board, KT board, etc.
This kind of coating-free ink refers to adding some coating materials to the original UV ink, so that the link that needs to wipe the coating before is directly passed through the equipment nozzle, which improves the adhesion and printing effect, saves time, and improves production efficiency. It should be noted that this kind of coating-free ink mixes the ink with the coating liquid, which will increase the risk of nozzle clogging and at the same time reduce the color quality of the print.
Applicable materials: smooth surfaces that need to be rubbed, such as glass, acrylic, etc.
Since UV ink does not have the problem of drying time, it can improve production efficiency. After printing, UV ink can be completely fixed on the surface of the substrate in 1/10 second. UV light not only cures the surface of the ink but also penetrates into the ink to stimulate further curing of the deep ink film.
Compared with traditional inks, UV inks are more thoroughly cured by photopolymerization and do not generate any solvent-based pollutants, making them more environmentally friendly.
The application range of UV ink is very wide. It can be printed on hard materials such as plates, plastics, glass, wood, ceramic tiles, and metals.
UV ink has good stability and does not contain insoluble substances. It effectively avoids the clogging of the print head and can effectively extend the service life of the print head.
The UV curing device has a compact structure, which can save site space, has a fast processing speed, and has high production efficiency.
The UV curing process ensures that the film is thinner and has excellent performance, thereby reducing the consumption of raw materials and helping to reduce costs.
